Day 19
I knew it. Actually it went down a little just FS doesn't show it. Yesterday was 77.25kg and today is 77.21 the day before was like 77.28 or something. So it is small progress but progress.
Chicken tonight! Can't wait. Chicken plus a salad with boiled eggs. Comes in at 1111Kcal LOL silly I know but it is only a guide.
