Day 18
Ok I am defiantly in a plateau. I will work out after my class just some stomach and arms work as I am going out with my little one to a trampoline pit later so I should burn a lot of calories.
Today's meal is going to be pretty much the same as yesterday apart from I will use some pork steaks that I have rather than beef.
