Day 15

I didn't follow my diet at all yesterday, not only did I eat Burger King I also had two large beers. My weight didn't change though so that proves to me that the OMAD diet works for me. Any other diet that I have done in the past my weight would have shot up.


I start working out, today. I am not looking forward to it at all. I hate the feeling of tiredness and aches after exercise. But I have to do it whether I like it or not.


I want to look good, I will look good.
170.9 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
