Day 10

I cheated a little to get this drop as I cut out cheese and the extra egg from the diet just to bring the fat content down. I was worried that I had reached a plateau.


Everything is on schedule. Still not feeling great this cold is annoying. Hunger pangs can be bad if I miss my meal time, say 30mins to an hour late and I really start struggling.
172.2 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
