DAY 6

I am so proud of myself. Not only did I actually get 100% of my RDI yesterday I dropped below 80Kgs (roughly 177LBS)

This week I have dropped a solid 3kgs about one pound per day.

Today is going to be rough though I am working until 6pm with very few breaks then I have to eat something before going out for a wine tasting party at my friend's house. I will cheat by only eating around 1000Kcal for dinner and having 800Kcal left over.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 6.9 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

How do you get close to your RDI?

By using the calculator of what I am cooking and adding or taking away to get around where I need to be. E.G. I added some bacon to my meal because I was out about 120Kcal then I realised I had run out of something else so I added a yogurt to make up.
