Day 5.

I under ate yesterday. I am supposed to eat 1800Kcal a day and I only ate 1600Kcal
I am still not feeling very hungry even though I have only had one meal a day for the past 4 days. I will see how today goes. My body says eat at breakfast time but the feeling goes off in around an hour.

I am still drinking my morning coffee with both milk and sugar. I need my morning caffeine.
176.7 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You sound like me. I never ate all the calories I needed to on my program to eat my mandatory calories. I often skipped meals. That's why I recently began Intermittent Fasting, 16:8. Fast 16 hours, eat 8 hours. For some stupid reason, it seems to be working for me. There are support groups on Facebook for this diet.
