Really proud of my self. Hit my target weight for Scotland as promised at Christmas...lost over half a stone since my thinnest! Let’s keep going for stretch....12stone 13lb For 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Scotland (another 12 days but a night out tonight and a pizza night on Friday with the kids)
183.2 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
