I’ve been off the health wagon for over a month and I think it’s definitely time to jump back on again. I haven’t done terribly in terms of weight gain but with my current diet it wouldn’t be long till I returned to my original starting weight. So starting today, I will be getting myself back on track. 🏃🏻‍♀️
127.0 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
