Was so busy yesterday I didn't eat any snacks. I've been trying to get back into routines, particularly cleaning my house. I have certain chores I do each day, and figure focusing on them will get me more exercise and a cleaner house!
209.4 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 57.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
