Whew! Go without coffee for a few weeks and suddenly sugar-free hazelnut creamer isn't the end of the world. Really enjoying this phase. I will do another round of HCG as I'd like my ending number to be at least 140 pounds but I will only do 15 days next time around. I really struggled with the food the last 2 weeks. However, I did discover some recipes that will be very helpful.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
