up 4??? are you kidding me?? i really did not want to weigh in this AM but every sat am is my time to do so.......good lord......holy smoke....did not expect that......grrrrrr. there was a wedding and a funeral this last wk however, eating lots different than i normally would i suppose. back on the horse......dieting is much harder than just sticking random stuff in my pie hole......feeling discouraged.....

Well, I for one am not amazed. I had a look at your food journal and beer, pizza and chips will do that to you! You shouldn't be even a little amazed. Most of that 4 lbs is probably water weight from the alcohol. Even 'light' beer can cause you to gain or stall.
Jump back on the wagon, eliminate the beer and simple carbs and junk, increase real nutritional foods and you'll see a difference, one day at a time, Then when you do have a beer you'll enjoy it so much more.
