Day 6 on Keto. More energy but got some food sensitivities creeping in. Yesterday noticed both bottled water and cucumber makes my stomach burn and within seconds gets a stuffy congested feeling. Diet 5% Carbs, 20% Protein, 75% fat 100% Heavy Cream, Meat, Cheese , Cucumber, steamed kale, butter, avacado. 2.5 litres water.
