everything down, no real reason. A swim and a row, some yard work, no real walk. We shall see what tomorrow brings, i guess. Yesterday was gorgeous, was in the middle of a thirty minute row when someone knocked on the door, so it shut down at 12 minutes, but that’s good enough to log as #40 in this project. Cleaned up the side yard some and then got in the pool to cool off. Got a decent session in after a couple of false starts where I just restarted the timer. No harm in extra strokes, just a warmup. After two false starts, 865 strokes, 9.5 METs (because of the breaks), average heart rate 124. Need to get equipment sorted out and then I need to work harder. I ordered some finger pulls along with the new goggles. Those should be interesting.
