Haven't been following the diet plan very well. Starting to add in some exercise which I know will help. Have some friends joining in - will recommend fat secret for recording progress. Good luck everyone.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
