steady- my weight is continuing to fluctuate. I've seen some higher and lower numbers on the scale this week, but it seems my set point is around 175. Planning to be very active this weekend and upcoming week, so hopefully i will see a loss next week.

I'm tired of this up down, up down, up down weight loss and gain. It's my own fault though. I went out of town for the weekend and ate too much, and didn't really stick to any healthy eating plan. It's no wonder! Back to the grind this week!

I went to the gym 3 days last week and feel great. I'm taking it slow because I'm still recovering from a back fusion surgery I had in October. I've been watching my portion sizes and eating "low" carb. I learned that eliminating them completely can help you achieve great weight loss but eventually it all comes back. I'm eating 2x the amount of veggies instead of potatoes, pasta or bread. I've been eating more nuts/almonds. So - I lost one lb. last week, hope for the same this week.
