Taking a break from tracking calories for a couple weeks, I was obsessing and it was causing me anxiety.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm in the same situation as yourself. All this anxiety isn't good for your health, but I'm bound and determined to get back down to 150 lbs.
