My hair stylist had done that diet and had lost a lot of weight. I tried the food and it's worst than what I had for Nutrisystem. 

I guess the Optavia food appeals to some people and not others. I usually don't like artificial processed food, but I think Optavia is delicious. My sister in law tried my Optavia fudge pudding yesterday and her comment was "Homemade is so much better." LOL Thanks for commenting!
