Fearing that something WILL be stressful is almost as stressful as having it BE stressful. Thankfully, things have been much less difficult than I THOUGHT they would be for my friend returning home. So far. Still a bit apprehensive, but starting to be able to breathe a little more freely.
I was able to stay within my RDI for Calories yesterday, and recorded everything I ate, and kept up with my FS notifications, but that's about all I did right. This morning, the scale is up another 1/2 pound. I guess it's good that I have consequences for my actions -- if I didn't, I would eat ONLY the wrong things ALL the time!
