I’m eating mostly Keto & eliminated all carbonated drinks. Also I really like monk fruit sweetener. My 4 month weight loss journey has changed along the way for the better. I’m 58 & feel good both physically & mentally ☺️
132.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
