I can’t get frustrated, I just keep on truckin’
136.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m not going to weigh myself every day anymore, I get discouraged with the fluctuations. I’ll try weighing every 3 days 👍🏼
