Starting over again.... noticed that I am several pounds more than I was last time that I was on this web site.....that sucks. Went to the doctor the day before yesterday and talked with him about my weight. He wants me to journal what I eat for a month and then bring it in to him so we can do a sleep study to see if sleep apnea could be affecting my weight. I'm sure it's not but what the heck. Gonna do it any way.
