Starting over again.... noticed that I am several pounds more than I was last time that I was on this web site.....that sucks. Went to the doctor the day before yesterday and talked with him about my weight. He wants me to journal what I eat for a month and then bring it in to him so we can do a sleep study to see if sleep apnea could be affecting my weight. I'm sure it's not but what the heck. Gonna do it any way.

Well, day two of my new diet. At least I haven't gained any weight in the changeover process. Let's just hope it stays that way!

Well........I ate bad Friday night and a dessert on Saturday, but I lost a half a pound!! I have been really "Jones'n" for some bread and something sweet so I think that I am going to switch over to weight watchers for a while and see how it goes. I am still dieting and eating right, just trying to find out what works for me best.

My husband woke me up this morning saying it was time to get up and I was like, "why, isn't it Saturday?" It really sucked to find out that it isn't. That's how much this week has beat me down. On a brighter side, at least it's Friday and not Monday!
Yesterday was really hard for me, I was having mental cravings bad, but I pulled through it.
I hope today is better. :)
