Hooray, I never though I would get off 179. I have been on that weight for weeks. I am so happy. I started with my oatmeal, apple and milk for breakfast. I took the time and made my lunch and now it makes me stick to it. I love the fact I have someone with me that needs to lose. My husband is much smaller than me and I don't get much motivation from him because he doesn't have my struggle but I do appreciate his support. My goal is to lose 3 more pounds by next week. I know I can do it because my Father told me so.
