Day 4 of bone broth and 16/8 dieting.
That is zero consumption 8pm to midday the following day apart from water.
Day 1 was 36 hour fast with just a bone broth after 24 hrs.

I’m consuming about 1200 to 1500 calories a day last 3 days and will progress up to 1800 over the next 3 days.
Weight is falling off.
190.9 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

DinghyDave, the 16/8 helps so much. Whilst I have stopped worrying about dieting as such since my knee was done, I'm still keeping up the fasting. It is sort of maintaining my weight. Even though I am now enjoying ice cream, chips and choc again. Oddly I've only gained about 2 kg from what I got down to. Have in addition to your bone broth, steamed or boiled veg. Include a potato as well. Most veg is about 1 cal per gram. Potato is a little bit more but you need your balance of protein(meat 100-150g), fibre(half a plate of 3 different colours) and one small to med spud for carbs. You will still lose weight on that and your body will be happier for being fuelled. Eat it at lunchtime and have a light evening meal of pickled veg with either 50g of tuna, 30g sliced salmon or turkey meat. Boiled or poached egg is good too. I lost 18kg in a calendar month eating that light. I also had my coffee with 1 sugar and full cream milk too. Although in a small thermos cup - 180ml. Hope that gives you some ideas to move up from being hard on yourself with just bone broth
