Not a good week for my challenges this week, complete fail on the yoga, and it shows as there is no weight loss either, though diet is not a problem. Must not let my resolve weaken and must make time to put in that bit more effort.
138.9 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1297 kcal Fat: 35.90g | Prot: 63.25g | Carb: 180.17g.   Breakfast: Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Hovis Granary Original Medium, Orange Juice, Poached Egg. Lunch: Bananas, Little Gem Lettuce, Tomatoes,  hommus , hovis granary bread, cucumber. Dinner: Morrisons Garden Peas, Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0.3 cm Fat), White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Carrots, Savoy Cabbage, Meat or Poultry Gravy (Low Sodium). Snacks/Other: Braeburn Apples, Mini Breadsticks, Hummus, Herbal Tea, Coffee with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Salsa, Oatcakes. more...
