My new stuck on weight.
But is is also my lowest ever so happy with that.
189.2 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1969 kcal Fat: 62.28g | Prot: 66.91g | Carb: 258.34g.   Breakfast: SPC Baked Beans Rich Tomato, White Bread , Bega Tasty Cheese Slices, Coffee with Milk and Sugar. Lunch: Golden Palm Medjool Dates, Dairy Farmers Thick & Creamy Classic Vanilla Yoghurt, Carman's 5 Grain & Seed Granola. Dinner: Beef Vegetable Stew Type Soup with Potato. Snacks/Other: Ice Cream Sundae with Chocolate or Fudge Topping (with Whipped Cream), Arnott's Monte Carlo Biscuits, Bundaberg Rum & Cola. more...
