I have been trying to hide the fact that I had a bad weekend by not weighing in. Well my gilt got the better of me this morning so I did it. Now back to the grind stone. I’m on night shift for the rest of the week and it is always harder to manage diet and water intake so I’ll need to put in an exerted effort to redeem myself. I’ll let you know how I go.
190.3 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make sure you give yourself a break, You're doing great! This journey is a marathon not a sprint, some weeks we slip up and that's okay because you get back on the wagon and keep going.

Thanks irok333. As I say we still got to live some. I guess I have learnt how to set portions which adds value to calorie counting and sort of keeps you in Check when your out and about eating randomly.
