Siegels's Journal, 22 July 2024

Good news everyone, you can deduct 2% from your weight. clearly the earth's gravitational source increased by that amount last night, giving the appearance that I gained 1.6 pounds, when clearly I should have lost about they much. I ate clean, was active all day, lifted weights hard, slept through the night, and had regular GI and GU function (TMI?).

In short, don't dispier if your weight is increasing, I think this gravity increase has been found in for some time now.

Thanks for the tip! I find that if I weigh myself immediately after I get out of bed, I weigh 2-3 pounds less than if I weigh myself later on in the day. Even if I weigh myself after breakfast, I will already weigh more so you might be on to something! Also, the weather can affect our weight. You will weight more when it is a hot and humid outside than on a nice cool day due to our bodies wanting to retain water. I hope I'm not being a party pooper. You're actually doing a great job with working out!
