You are doing great! You it will start back up again so don't get discouraged. Look how far you have come and give yourself a hug. Sometimes the body just takes a break and hits a plateau.

You are truly an inspiration! 122 pounds.!!! Amazing! So happy for you!!!
Over the last four years, Whenever I hit a plateau, I get back to the basics.... Journaling and weighing my food. I notice my portions seem to usually be the issue. My 4 oz chicken breast just keep getting bigger. The other great thing I do is buying a new routine and a couple new outfits or a new gadget. for example, I am just getting started losing baby weight yet again! Each time, I try new things. This time I bought a vivofit, T25 and a few new workout outfits. Freshens things up!

Wow! Inspiration! Just keep on keepin' on through the plateau and maybe mix up your routine a little to try to jolt your body. Gotta keep it on its toes. ;) My husband was telling me last week that every once in a while when I'm at the gym, rather than my regular weights and regular sets or even just variations, shock my body by lifting heavy just so it doesn't settle in its routine and stop responding.

It's ok. We all plateau for a bit. Don't worry too much. Just keep going and find something to keep motivating you. :-) You're doing just fine. Keep it up!
