Feeling quite hungry, and have an intense sense of the munchies. Hope this passes soon.

Ugh, I always feel that way. It sucks. Everytime I give in to it I go overboard, too. People always say "drink water" to satisfy your hunger. Sometimes I drink a cup of tea and eat fruit to satisfy my munchies. Other times, I have crackers with peanut butter and that works well too.

try counting the # of items that you can have and count them into the plate and leave the rest of the package in the cupboard.and tell yourself over and over that this is satisfying. I think it just retrains the brain and your stomach to the right amount you can have for a snack
