My plan seems to be working. Being completely honest, meals are not the most exciting part of the day, but I'm treating them as fuel for my body, not a reward for my taste buds. There will be time for stuff like that later.. I did learn to keep a eye out on my sugar. Don't have any issues with it, but I could feel it, so I picked up a machine to check it. If needed, then I'll have something sweet, Playing it as I go.
