Ugh. After losing only half a pound last week, I gain 1 pound this week. It was a bad carbs week for me. I did manage to drink a ton of water the last two days, so maybe it's water weight? I've been going through one of those phases where I can't seem to get enough water the last few days. And we were celebrating a coworkers bday yesterday with cake and pizza. You put that in front of me, and well, forget about it. I've said in previous entries about how I love that stuff. I'm really hoping I haven't hit my plateau. The diet has been pretty easy up until the last two weeks. I did have some chocolate 2 weeks ago and this week was sort of bread heavy, so I hope that was the cause. I've noticed that a little chocolate doesn't really have that much effect on me though. Well I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's just a little slide and not my plateau point. It's only been 2 bad weeks so it's probably too early to say yet.
