I've decided that I'm going to be less concerned about my weight and more concerned about my fitness. I realize that exercise alone will actually cause me to gain weight as muscle weighs more than fat, but I also believe that over time those new muscles will burn more calories. At some point I will cross a point where I will start losing weight anyway. My main goal at the moment is to get my neck size under 17" to get out of the sleep apnea danger zone.
