Im trying to go Semi vegan with the only exception is eating fish (somtimes)- I am eating a lot more carbs but exercising so i hope it gives me energy... its hard to get calories from veggies so i had to load up on soy (but i read if you eat too much it can give you thyroid problems), black beans, chickapeas, and pinto beans- oh and nut bars. I dont know that I want to fully be Vegan but i want to try it for a week to see how it goes.
