Guys, I need some help here.. I’m terribly lacking motivation these days. Hurt my foot, so cannot go running, keep on sitting at home and concentrating on bad news heard from my not very close friends.. Been stress eating for 3 days in a row, not putting anything on records but it resulted in around 3000 kcal per day I believe :/// It feels like I am getting my consciousness back only when finishing 3rd sandwich or 3/4 of chocolate bar.. so scared my lbs will start coming back.. SOS!

You have diligently worked to lose some weight, don't throw it all out the window! You can do this! Even if you cannot run right now, you CAN control what you eat. Make up some healthy snacks, pre prep some healthy meals. So that when "hungry" strikes you'll be prepared with something that won't totally derail you. Do what you can physically, but rest that foot. Get plenty of sleep (one of the things I really need to work on! 😂). Don't beat yourself up over this. It happens to most of us ❤️. Meditate, pray, anything that helps you to relax and try to regain your focus. I'm rooting for you!!
