Ok, guys,I think I found a substitute for candies ))) this thing here is naturally sweet, much lower in calories than other desserts and just yummy! Turning my life to a healthier path

Guys, I need some help here.. I’m terribly lacking motivation these days. Hurt my foot, so cannot go running, keep on sitting at home and concentrating on bad news heard from my not very close friends.. Been stress eating for 3 days in a row, not putting anything on records but it resulted in around 3000 kcal per day I believe :/// It feels like I am getting my consciousness back only when finishing 3rd sandwich or 3/4 of chocolate bar.. so scared my lbs will start coming back.. SOS!

My linch today consists of a grapefruit, two squares of dark chocolate (70%) and a toffee candy with jasmine tea. This way I am celebrating I didn't give up on my diet even I had a week of stress eating.
