No breakfast yesterday, Avocado 85g for lunch. Dinner half broccoli and steak. Played 6 holes walked 7.
201.7 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.8 lb a week
