SECOND DAY OF EATING MORE FAT..gooood monday morning..second day of getting more fat back into my food menu an my mouth..an tweaking the food menu once again..more fiber as well..and already 2 dumps this morning..one before my ride..an when i got home had to go again..so definitely an improvement..but at same time..means when you gotta go ..you gotta go..was peddling along an wanted to get more miles..but nature called an i had no choice..well i guess i did..but had to go both ways...lol..

have advocodos in brown paper bag tryin to get them to ripen..thats what i read on internet yesterday..never have ate them..but thought it would be a way of getting more fat in my woe..got several bags of pork rinds..im addicted to them..so much salt..gotta drink more water to chase the salt out of system..

spent alot of time tracking back an forth to kitchen..breaking the cycle of eating thru out the day even though was no sugar in the house..kept grabbing pork rinds instead..im sure once i get settled back into 18/6 then the strolling to the kitchen shall pass as well..

ty glen an doobrie...was headed home..an seen the sun peeping thru the clouds..just finished listening too fat for fuel..an now listening to code of obesity...today it seems to be easy to stick to fasting longer...like today could be a 20/4....instead of a 18/6...getting back into a routine already...
