I am so blessed as something happened for me yesterday….
Happy 😄 happy 😄 positive Wednesday…
Had 20 teeth pulled yesterday…Dr gave me 2 shots..one on each side…let it work…and as he walked back in..I said let’s rock…an hour later I was leaving his office…45 minutes later..I was pulling the gauze out..feeling great with no pain and swelling going down…got Bach here in time to play bingo..no bingoes for me..but that’s ok…after supper…we played domonies like usual…went to bed at normal 830…got antibiotics to take for 5 days…as good as I’m healing…I wonder about that..Linda is amazed at how I heal…
I do heal faster…I’ve noticed it…but having someone else comment…priced less….lol
It’s all in what you eat…
Wasn’t all good yesterday…Linda drove us home in the worst rain yesterday..rain was bad…I told her if she needed to pull over…do it…but she slowed down..and drove…I gave her a relaxing back rub last night before I left to get my sleep…
The rain is gone..the sunrise is coming up…I’m sipping my warm coffee….
Positive energy and thought to all….

I often show Linda my journal ….i want to thank Diana yesterday for the comment…when Linda read it..it clicked for her…that it’s an every meal choice…and sometimes you gotta fall off the plan to realize your body just can’t eat that way anymore…
I head up the road to the dentist today…it’s pouring down rain from the hurricane in Texas…we needed the rain..but…..at least we have rain coats for getting out in it…
Well….need to do some stuff…

Linda and I are learning how food affects her colitis…I’ve been on this journey for years…so…I have the knowledge…but the old saying you can’t lead a horse …well…she’s slowly learning…and I get it…so easy to go back to old habits…but for her…her disease gets better or worse day to day….several days are good..and then a bad day happens….
tom arrow I go to to dentist….get my teeth pulled..then later down the road dentures..however I can only get uppers as my bottom jaw from birth sticks out farther…Dr said worse case he’s ever seen…seems like I’m always the worst case…o well…

The podcast I’m listening to…so many people live here with different diseases that could be helped….but the system is messed up….you would think they would have a diabetic food plan here….but no….they have sugar free jam…what a joke….they are still using canola oil…..duh….

Happy 😄 😄 positive Saturday…
Just came in from getting my vitamin d….been to hot lately to enjoy the morning sun…but decided this morning..that 70 was cooler then no sun….and 40 min was just long enough to sweat out the water and electrolytes I was putting in…
My belt broke from to many years of use…I had a turquoise bird on a belt buckle I bought for my self back when I was in my 40 s..kept changing out belts…now years later I’ve switched to a ratchet belt…had to watch a you tube video ..to get educated…lol
I sit next to a guy at my table that is so negative…about everything…I feel so bad for him…but that is his choice…I don’t know how to talk with him to try and change his outlook…
lol…I forgot to finish my journal….i went down and talked to the guy….for an hour…he told me a lot of what was bothering him..I listened..gave suggestions…a new friendship..
