I'm fasting for 20 hours and having about 1000 calories within a four hour slot for one week to see how it affects me.
246.3 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 83.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't go too low on calories when you do eat - what you eat is more important - a lot of fat, medium protein and low carb will take the weight of best and stop hunger

Keep your water up to 64 oz a day and keep your salt and electrolytes up! Good luck!

Thanks for the tips, I've had a headache which is better today. The grandchildren were over for three hours while dad was fixing something for me-they are 2 and 6, running around after them for the time they were here, I needed a lie down after!
