Had to divert, slightly yesterday, at work. Went in on chinese for lunch. I had the Cashew Chicken. Ate just that. All the chicken and cashews. I left the rice, celery, carrots and bamboo shoots to play it safe on the carbs. The sauce on the chicken did not have a hint of sweetness. I was actually felt slightly full with a glass of water.
