Can't believe the weight is just dropping. Especially after having 1/4 of Edy's "no sugar added" ice cream just before bed last night.

Had to divert, slightly yesterday, at work. Went in on chinese for lunch. I had the Cashew Chicken. Ate just that. All the chicken and cashews. I left the rice, celery, carrots and bamboo shoots to play it safe on the carbs. The sauce on the chicken did not have a hint of sweetness. I was actually felt slightly full with a glass of water.

Doing pretty good. Actually went to McD's this evening and picked up fries, apple pie, shake and sundae for my wife and son. Made myself a protein shake.
