WHOOOPS!! WRONG BUTTON..goood wednesday morning..one of them nights didnt sleep my 8 hours..only slept maybe 6.5..then layed in bed until 330am..got up an was trying to decide if i was riding inside..or outside..cooler here this morning..75..stuck head out back door an decided id rather be riding outside..then inside on the trainer..so got ready an drank my protein/creatine/coffee kick start..and headed out the door..first hour always seems the fastest an more speed per mile..second hour..my protein/creatine boost is still kicking in..just nothing like the first 30 minutes..an really i dont get a boast or energy boost out of it..it just helps my muscles produce better..

was miserable here yesterday..went out an cut grass..even though only half the yard needed cut..went out side at 10am to beat the heat..was already 92 with heat index of 102..needless to say..i put mower in fast..an got done as quick as i could to get back inside..we need rain so bad in midwest..not a downpour gotta go kind of rain..a day or 2 of just a slow rain..grass is so dry..o well...it comes when the weather pattern changes..

going thru the closets an getting rid of winter clothes that are to big for me ...good time to do it..went from a xxl down to a xl...down to a large is what im into now..my bike shop referred to me as a Clydesdale guy..like the horses in st.louis..not really a fatty..just a bigger in size guy..some say big bone..

well enough ramblin...my thoughts are here for all to ready ..another day..another ride... below is a pic of me riding this morning..hit the wrong button on phone when i was checking mileage...figured since i took the picture by mistake..might as well post it so you all would have an idea of who is on the other end of theses words each day...
