So I fasted yesterday and today I feel as if I went through a cleanse, b/c my body feels cleaned out. I don't know how to explain it. LOL. But it is good. Yesterday I must say was brutal but I have to stick to my routine. And this morning I def did my ab workout, and my legs and butt! W00t w00t!
