I have not been good about logging things this week and it is causing me to not be as on top of it as I should be. So, back to it. I will try to be better about it this week. It is also interesting to note that as my exercise and eating choices declined, so did my mental health. I started to feel very depressed and noticed I was being snappy with my boyfriend. I really am going to get some yoga in too, I don't know why I am always so resistant to things that really do help my mental well being as well as my physical. I have spent so long not liking myself I guess it is just hard to do things "for me".
