Ok...day 3, I was just a lttlie bit too cocky. Today I'm humble again. If I follow the plan, I'm fine. If I deviate, here comes trouble. Today I headed out without a clear idea of what, where or when I would have lunch. Oh so much danger Will Robinson! Warning!!! Such a not good idea. What happened? I ate garbage. Oh, don't get me wrong. It was good garbage, but garbage none-the-less. Popcorn from Whole Foods. Ice Cream from Coconut Bliss. High fat, high carb and low protein. How do I feel? Like crap. Did I learn my lesson? I hope so...
