Ok...day 3, I was just a lttlie bit too cocky. Today I'm humble again. If I follow the plan, I'm fine. If I deviate, here comes trouble. Today I headed out without a clear idea of what, where or when I would have lunch. Oh so much danger Will Robinson! Warning!!! Such a not good idea. What happened? I ate garbage. Oh, don't get me wrong. It was good garbage, but garbage none-the-less. Popcorn from Whole Foods. Ice Cream from Coconut Bliss. High fat, high carb and low protein. How do I feel? Like crap. Did I learn my lesson? I hope so...

All in all a pretty good week. I found that when I eat later in the AM that I have a tendency to want to eat later at night. This week I will eat an early breakfast to see if that puts the cabash on the desire to snack late. Doing fairly well with not adding sugar or salt. I have used the slightest amount of maple syrup. It give a sweetness with not a lot of impact. Good bang for the buck!

Other than yesterday's "excessive intake," the first couple of weeks have gone very smoothly. Having the CC on my little Droid is very helpful as I can record immediately after I eat no matter where I am. If I am out, I will record when I retrun to my car.
