I didn't log anything yesterday because I had a migraine all day, but I feel like I did well overall this week and hope to continue to see losses on the scale. I haven't really been doing too much physical activity but I have been getting walks in with my beautiful dog.
168.9 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
