Hey guys, I'm Rachelle 18 yrs old. im using "fatsecret" to help organize my food and to encourage me to follow my diet. i want my weight to decrease by 11kg in 1 mnth and a half maximum cause u know, im graduating this year and i have my prom, so i wanna look gd in my dress =)
anw one of my problems in dieting is that im addicted to sweets so everytime im on a diet and i feel desperate for chocolate..i go like ill eat a peice, its not bad. But the prob is, once i eat a peice i dnt stop! so all my hard work vanishes:/
anw if anyone has a suggestion for dieting without totally excluding chocolate and sweets but at the same lose wight at a minimum of 4/mnth ill be more than thankful if u share it:)

Its not about a diet. It should be a lifestyle change. Once you can get your mind over the fact that this is permanent and not a diet you will be successful. Diets do not work you must change your life.

yea i think ur ryt..but like its hard to set my mind like that..if u know wt i mean..and my pnt was that i wanna go on a diet..or even a life style..in which i dnt forbid my self entirely from some type of food that i like..

Hi Rachael, You've listed that you are going on Fat Flush Plan. The Fat Flush Plan is all about detoxing your liver and giving up refined sugars and unhealthy foods. This being said, once you lose the weight and are on Phase 3, it is not unheard of that you can indulge in a small bit of dark chocolate every once in awhile. Good luck to you!
