Hey guys, I'm Rachelle 18 yrs old. im using "fatsecret" to help organize my food and to encourage me to follow my diet. i want my weight to decrease by 11kg in 1 mnth and a half maximum cause u know, im graduating this year and i have my prom, so i wanna look gd in my dress =) anw one of my problems in dieting is that im addicted to sweets so everytime im on a diet and i feel desperate for chocolate..i go like ill eat a peice, its not bad. But the prob is, once i eat a peice i dnt stop! so all my hard work vanishes:/ anw if anyone has a suggestion for dieting without totally excluding chocolate and sweets but at the same lose wight at a minimum of 4/mnth ill be more than thankful if u share it:) thnk you, Rachelle M.
