Didn't lose any weight this week, well I did go down to 71.4 but then I had a cheat day and went back up to 72 kilo again.. Thats ok, I am happy and fit into most of my clothes again. It is strange how only just 21/2 kilo can make such a difference to your sizing. My jeans and shorts fit.. haven;t tried on all my old dresses yet but i will let you know, but the one I did try was fitting again.
